Can I contribute to a national debate even if I am not a citizen of that country?
Technically, you can. While the country pages will only be available in the majority language of that country, they are open to citizens from all eligible countries under the European Commission’s Europe for Citizens programme. These countries include the 27 Member States of the European Union as well as Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, the Republic of North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Kosovo.
