They then reused to give me a refund calling it a "cancellation". I booked a room at another motel without any problem! I called the Algotels # 877-921-3348 and they were no help. I emailed them this morning an they still refuse to give me a refund. I have seen bad reviews by other victims of their fraud and scams.
